It needs to be known. Read reviews about each specific hotel and place, what is the entrance to the sea, and the sea itself, where will you go. Halkidiki is very interesting - all three fingers. The most interesting excursions are Meteora, Olympus, Delphi, Halkidiki themselves, Kastoria. I would advise 1 time in Halkidiki, without going too deep. If you want beautiful nature, excursions and the beach - Corfu is the perfect option. The island itself is small, you can go around all the interesting places in a few days. You can settle near Kerkyra (for example, Kontokali Bay) - an excellent beach and the city can be reached by bus in 15 minutes - shopping, excursions, cafes. On the outskirts of Corfu there is a street of bars / clubs - where you can relax in the evening.
