We bought a tour to Cyprus from this TO for June mts. I want to buy a tour from them for the end of July to Greece, to Rhodes. We didn’t use their services before, I’m not sure of their reliability. Who has such experience? Can you do something say about this tour operator? Departure from Kyiv.

A very good tour operator, we went with them to the UAE and Israel, everything was fine, during a trip to Israel we got a flight cancellation in Tel Aviv due to the famous snowfall in Kyiv, they settled all their tourists in a hotel for 2 days, organized additional transfer. In general, we are FOR News Travel, which, if not force majeure, shows the reliability of the tour operator.

Was from them in Thailand and Goa. Everything went fine. As a plus, I’ll note that I somehow wrote them a letter on the TO website. They responded quickly, politely and to the point.

We bought a tour to Rhodes from them in 2012, everything is ok, and their prices were lower. In Rhodes, we were hosted by Odeon Tours (this is a Russian tour operator), and we didn’t really like them (although we can only judge by hotel guides - they gave little information, in every possible way soared their excursions for a lot of money, dissuaded us from renting a car, etc. But this is all purely human factor) There were no problems with the transfer.

I also read negative reviews, we decided not to go to Italy through them for 14 days! Still, I don’t want to endure bad service for so long, it’s better to throw 100-200 bucks on the teyu and go comfortably. on my own, rested and forgotten. I really like to ride through TUI, GREAT SERVICE!!!! ALSO LIKE THE TEZZ TOUR! but the guides are the best in thuja!!! Don't save on your money! It's cheap cheese, not with mold, but with a wet, unpleasant crust.
