It's definitely not cold, unless some kind of natural cataclysm like the north wind happens. We now have a mother with a 2-year-old child. We haven’t swum yet, but my mother plans to do it herself in the very near future :)

Last year it was warm in Dubrovnik, but there may be thunderstorms, the sea is not for everybody, it approached me - about 20 degrees

The Adriatic warms up slowly, closer to July. For the locals, the sea is considered cold, but for us, that's it.

In June, the water was also cold for me, +19, +20, it is absolutely not comfortable to swim. Everyone enters the water for 15-20 minutes, one step is frozen, they get used to it, another step is frozen, they get used further. I even took a photo of such an entry into the sea on one of the beaches in Rovinj. It was all very interesting to watch. And this was after June 20, and in the early days the water will be even colder. Maybe somewhere on the islands, in shallow water, it will be warmer.

Last year we rested on the island of Brach, and so the Heat began on June 17, the sea was like fresh milk!
