It is better to plan a trip to Jerusalem not on Shabbat (Saturday), then there will be no problems with visiting the Western Wall (and notes can be written on the spot and photographed), of course, there are more people on Christian holidays, pilgrims. It is better to stop for a rest on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, tourists are already swimming, and Jerusalem is within easy reach.
