I didn’t fly with an e-visa, but I fly to Dabolim all the time. I did not see any separate racks and queues there. And in general, they pass everyone at the airport very quickly.

meri9755, thanks for the reply. I also flew to Dabolim 5 times on a regular visa. There were no particular problems. The question is related to the fact that from this year it is possible to apply for a multiple-entry e-visa for 5 years. So I thought, on the one hand, this is very good, but on the other hand, if a lot of people apply for such an e-visa, what can we expect at the airport upon arrival? If a traffic jam starts there, then what is the guarantee that the suitcase will wait for the owner on the carousel. Last season (beginning of March 2019), upon departure, there was a giant queue to enter the clean zone. We stood for an hour and a half or two. Here's how it happens.

AlexP45, we also got into such a queue two years ago. But they let us pass without understanding what kind of visa. They just checked the availability of a ticket at the entrance. So the queue will not change depending on the type of visa. The airport is military and entry-exit is complicated. By the way, that year they passed very quickly. And visas are checked only upon arrival, and I have never seen queues upon arrival.
