Requirement up to 100ml. applies not only to liquids, but also to other containers (tubes, jars, boxes, etc.). For example, a jar of coffee and toothpaste should be in a container no larger than 100 ml.

I always take an ordinary boiler, I don’t think that there will be questions about the automobile one.
Take oatmeal, couscous, nuts, tea, coffee (usually I bring from abroad vacuum-packed packages of 250 g or half a kilo and there have never been questions), cookies, bars. Pack single servings in ziplock bags. Very comfortably.
You can use a thermal cup, you can also use a container (like a container) with a lid to steam porridge. Take a spoon.
I would carry a jacket in my hands or on myself - why take up space in a backpack?
