Different women feel and behave differently in this position. From my recent experience - I refused two very desirable and pre-planned trips (even though the doctor allowed it) because I did not feel adequate at all! She could suddenly just pass out - fall asleep, not to mention all sorts of restrictions and a certain regimen. I think that traveling with me would only cause inconvenience to my friends.
