I was in a different hotel and area, so I can not say anything. I did massages right at the hotel, there was an Ayurveda center. But as it turned out, the effect of all these procedures is many times higher if they are carried out in the mountainous regions of Sri Lanka, where the climate is sooooo pleasant. If I decide to visit this island again, I will definitely go to the mountains, and you can go to the ocean for a couple of days on an excursion :)
