I would like to recommend Kumar. He has two tuk-tuks, a boat, he speaks good Russian. Decent, honest. If not for him, we would know nothing. He took it wherever it was cheaper. Brought delicious seafood. Tours are much cheaper. You can find it on the beach near the hotel
