I absolutely agree with the previous speaker. We were last December - high season. For two weeks at most 3 sunny days, the rest of the time it is cloudy, and after 15-00 there is also light rain. As the locals say, it's not rain, it's just the weather. We were in Kalutara. And in general, Goa is a thousand times better!
