Shangrela Beach Resort 2 * is located in Ambalangoda, it is 15 km. from Hikkaduwa. I don’t know anything about the hotel itself, we just went to Ambalangoda itself on a regular bus for 20 minutes. We walked around the town, we weren’t particularly impressed. We like exactly Hikkaduwa - beaches for every taste without waves, with waves, with fish. A calm ocean is Trincomalee (east side) in the summer, on the west side it is advisable to swim in the lagoons because of the rip current, I really love Hikkaduwa, there are places where you can swim in the off season, the only thing is if it rains heavily in the river muddy ocean brings water.

From various offers, like you, my head was spinning ....
