For independent movement, you need to rent a car with a driver, don’t even think about driving yourself !!!, the traffic is such that it takes 2 hours for 40 km. We lived in a different place, but drivers who want to earn money are, apparently, at all hotels where foreigners live.

Be very careful with the ocean! Waves are certainly good ... but you should swim only where you stand with your feet. I strongly advise you not to make any swims to the depth, but to swim along the coast, you will get no less pleasure from this! Unfortunately, there are quite a lot of deplorable cases with tourists. It must be remembered that this is a powerful ocean, jokes are bad with it.
