We booked a tour with the NEVA travel agency. Tour for 15 nights, they wanted to change to Greece, to which we were told that we need to write a refusal. Fines per person 20 euros travel agency, and a hotel fine. When I asked what the fine of the hotel was, I was told that it was not known and would be known only after the refusal. Departure on August 13, after 12 days. Does anyone know what the fine will be from the hotel?
