We rested from July 20 to July 30, 2010. Rooms are quite suitable for living. especially the ones with kitchenettes. We got a room on the ground floor (local land). At first, we were a little upset that there was no balcony and the view of the Old Town was covered with vegetation. But then they found the benefits. One of them is our regular evening gatherings with new acquaintances in the yard. So comfortable on the balcony would hardly have settled down. The owner did not tire with unnecessary care, which I also consider an advantage. They lived by their own schedule and their own rules. The beaches are relatively close and easy to get to (Slavic beach, Masha, Richard's head, Mogreny 1 and 2). On the first day, they were bought on the Slavic beach. Then they found the way to Mogren and spent a beach holiday there. Mogren is 18 minutes at a leisurely pace. In the evening it was a bit noisy from the discos near the Old Town, but our windows faced the other way, + they were closed, which did not cause inconvenience in the presence of air conditioners.
I didn’t want to wake up in the morning, I sleep there just super. Whether the air is like that, or tired, but in the morning you could wake up only by going outside and looking at the bright sun :).
Conclusion, Villa Mitrovic is quite a worthy place to stay

Thanks for the answer! but we still visited there that year in September)) we just had a room on the second floor with a balcony, we also liked everything. lived, often sat there in the yard.))) the owner (if we are talking about the same villa, pan Goiko) is really not intrusive, but a very nice uncle, gave us a grill for fish and even treated us with homemade wine of his own making. in general, everything It was great, it's a pity that this year it was not possible to go (((.

The one that looks like: Goiko, Koiko. This is the grandfather, right? And on the 3rd floor of the villa lives, as I understand it, his son Daine Mitrovic, something like that.
If the villa is directly opposite the Old Town and there is a staircase leading there, and the staircase is crossed by a street (some kind of coastal battalion), then we are talking about the same villa.
I fully admit that there are better and more comfortable places to live, but it was great for us there too. Nothing more was needed.
