I completely agree with the comments above: only breakfast, and lunch and dinner on your own in Budva or along the Budva-Becici embankment ... and beyond. I advise you to pay attention to the Kruna cafe, which is at the very beginning of the Budva embankment (from the Becici side). Not very expensive and tasty.
