I rested in Budva last summer. I liked it very much. Becici is a quieter place. If you need a relaxing holiday, then go to Becici. But Budva is much more beautiful, especially the Old Town. We were at the VUMARK villa almost in the center. From the beach 10 minutes walk. Cozy villa with all amenities and excellent food. Last year it cost about 400 euros for 10 days with moving. It does not matter which villa you choose, they are all the same - downstairs live the owners, on the second floor rent rooms. Everything in the rooms is clean, neat, without excesses (and why these excesses, if during the day the sea, and in the evening - the nightlife of Budva!). all at almost the same (small) distance from the sea. so choose a villa that will be cheaper and go boldly!
