We were at the IBEROSTAR OTRANT BEACH 4 * hotel. to Ulcinj 5 km. The country is beautiful and interesting, there is something to see. But unfortunately we didn’t manage to do this, because we got to this hotel not of our own free will, but as a result of replacing the hotel with a tour operator. Specifically, from this hotel it is impossible to go on an excursion, it is very far to get. You can try from Ulcinj itself, we saw several travel agencies there.
The hotel is not bad, though the food leaves much to be desired, the dishes in the restaurant are dirty, the maids can enter the room at any time. Regarding Albania, the opinion is ambiguous - it seems that they didn’t see anything, they were only in Shkodar, but it’s still interesting, because in the next 20 years we definitely won’t go on purpose.
The beaches in the region are dirty, gray sand, umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach 5 euros, in the hotel by the pool for free.

The trip from Budva to Shkodar in Albania lasts and back all day. Pick up from the bus station at 8 am, bring back to the same place in the evening. The tour price includes lunch at a restaurant.

I realized that even despite it refers to a moderate price (I’m alone), I don’t want to go there anymore ... very conflicting reviews, more often they don’t advise. maybe another travel agency will offer you a more suitable option for you ... or, so to speak, come prepared to the travel agency by choosing apartments on this site, according to the reviews, and let them check the availability there)) I also went a couple of times "for a consultation", but none of the proposed options suited me. I came home, "searched" information on accommodation on the Internet, came to a travel agency and said: "I want this!" =) and voila: same day booked! Don't lose hope!
