You can walk... But the trick is that there is no sidewalk, and it's just uncomfortable to walk. The traffic is heavy and the road is narrow. Judging by the reviews and stories, and the bus stop is far from the airport. Maybe still consider the option of a taxi directly to the place of residence? Or arrange a transfer with the owners of the apartments (hotels). In absolute terms, this is, of course, more expensive, but given the time and labor costs, it may be more profitable :)

In my opinion, go on the left side, on the same side is the bus station, a huge building (compared to nearby houses). It's not close, but in principle, it's not a problem to walk. It is more difficult if the luggage is large.
