The name is probably Slavyanskaya Plaza! This is not a hotel, but a whole city within a city! I rested nearby there 6 years ago in Budva and walked its blue and white streets many times! but probably from Ulcinj then the Bar will be closer - and there should also be excursions for sure ... as I think ..
