I agree about Albania! We went there ourselves from Podgorica by taxi to the border, and then on foot. The whole way lay through the Skadar Lake National Park, very beautiful! We returned along the southern road, through Ulcinj. The fare is 5 euros by bus and 15 euros by taxi. Visas (stamps at the border) are given without problems to everyone!
