I want to go to the Czech Republic to my friend, I don’t take return tickets, will they let me through?
I want to go to the Czech Republic to visit a friend, for about 4 days. I don’t take a ticket back right away, because I don’t know exactly how many days I’m going (under a visa-free regime). She says you can print her first name, last name, phone number and address where I will live (at her place) on an A4 sheet, she works there, I also used to work by invitation, but now I only go to visit. I'm worried they'll miss it? I don’t know how to communicate with the border guards in Polish at all, and I’m a little scared that they won’t be turned back. Cash with you will be 300 euros.

As a rule, border guards speak minimal English, so there will be no problems with communication. But they are unlikely to like the lack of a return ticket and staying with a friend.

I just heard that they drive like that, but of course it's a little scary

Well, the Polish border guards speak Russian (Ukrainian) quite well. Although they rather spoke Russian with us (some kind of cool accent). They first ask in Polish, if they see that they don’t understand them, they switch to Russian (apparently this does not bother them) .The customs officer generally "joke jokes" when inspecting things (then something will look at something, 10 people will generally "drive it away"). I thought that it was strictly in the EU, but somehow the Polish border reminded me of Turkey (once or twice and went)

Buy a return ticket, because you still need (or not?)

I need it, but I don’t know exactly how many days I will stay there.

Well, buy the cheapest one so that you don’t feel sorry for losing it. Or a ticket with the possibility of exchange.

Well, you can try .. all the same, take a letter from a friend .. with a place of residence and minimal guarantees of assistance in paying for some expenses. Even so...

If you do not want to buy a ticket, you will have to be a little afraid. No one here can guarantee you. More chance that everything will be alright

There will be no problems! Most often, they are simply interested in the purpose of the trip and the amount of money with them. You shouldn't be afraid!

Thank you all very much!
