And at the time of registration at the reception, of course, we were shocked why they demanded $ 50 from us and the bright ideas about the rest came to an end. When we asked why we should pay $ 50, they replied that this was the rule for everyone. The shock was from the fact that our already not cheap tour turned out for no reason to be more expensive by another $ 50. Representatives at the airport gave us a paper on which was the phone number of the guide from our hotel. We had to call her in roaming and ask what for $ 50 they demand .She said that at the moment she is not working and will later send the bodies of Ekaterina our guide from the hotel.
The second shock was from the fact that such a large company cannot figure out who works where, who should pay whom and why tourists are not informed about what is included in the price and what is not. As a result, our guide did not tell us anything about hotel accommodation or about coupons that we should receive every morning .....
