About the visa to the Czech Republic
I am going with my mother in October on the tour "Italy - the taste of temptation", the documents were handed over, everything seems to be in order (they handed over on September 13). But today they called from a travel agency and said that the rules had changed in the Czech Republic and they still needed a certificate stating that I graduated from the university (I don’t work now, I just graduated from the university) and some other document confirming where my mother came from (she doesn’t work) money in a bank account. We had a certificate from dad's place of work, his salary was indicated there and there was a phrase that he was financing our trip. I took these certificates, it seems normal ... but now I began to worry .... We already went to the Czech Republic, i.e. I already had a visa and my mother had a large amount on her account and sponsorship was issued to me, but still I’m worried ... Is it possible, God forbid, a refusal?

Refusal is always possible. But the fact that you were asked for additional documents is rather a plus. If they wanted to refuse, they would have done it without additional pieces of paper.

"some other document confirming where my mother (she doesn't work) got the money in her bank account."
Is this their new joke? I hope there is no such thing in the Ukrainian embassy??
