I have stayed at the Sea Life Family Hotel in Antalya three times both on half board and all inclusive. There was never any mention of a bond. The air conditioners worked properly, there was always enough pebbles on the beach for everyone, there was always water in the tap. In Turkey, in the Antalya region, this is not practiced.
