Through TA I received a hotel reservation, tickets to a Jurmala hotel were bought. And on May 7 (and on the 9th departure) a call from an agent - a visa was denied. The most shitty embassies and consulates are just in the funniest and most shabby Schengen countries - these are precisely Latvia and Estonia. These countries have never had their own statehood, and now they puff out their cheeks, portraying the importance and severity.
