Why almost, because the remnants of tires are lying around, there are traffic cops, sometimes some civilians, but only a couple of people. No one is stopped, just drive slowly. There are no problems with the transfer to Boryspil. You should not give a ticket after hearing a lot of mass media. Tourists flew to me from Belarus to Sharm (now they are here), and their transfer to the airport went absolutely smoothly.
