There are no normal thermal springs in Transcarpathia. The unfortunate Solotvyno is not for the faint of heart and only in summer.
If you want a SPA in Western Ukraine, go to Truskavets or Skhidnytsia. In Skhidnitsa it is more picturesque, there are already mountains, 100 km from Lviv. "Travel Bureau" is not needed here - to Lviv by train, there are buses / minibuses / taxis or order a hotel transfer.
I just want to warn you right away that a normal hotel with a spa and a pool will be twice as expensive as in Hungary.

I recommend the hotel "Zolota Trout", here you can go fishing and cook in vats (as in Berehove). Everything is civilized and neat. But the hotel has only 15 rooms, so you can’t think for a long time
