Personally, I liked the service at russiakurort and the very approach to the client - easy and moderately familiar. Lots of information and good reviews. He and his wife went to Simeiz on a tour, generally satisfied, though they could not enter the desired place - not a hotel, but rather a house in the private sector (friends advised my wife, they rested there). It turned out that the site simply did not have information on this site, but this is not particularly scary. They also advised a lot of other private traders in similar places, but stopped at a hotel near the waterfront. Either they didn’t agree with a private trader, or there were no such options at that time - I don’t know. I agree with the previous speakers - I personally liked using russiakurort. The husband is often very busy, so you have to choose and book a ticket or tour yourself, rack your brains over a vacation spot). Although it happens and we go on vacation not only in Russia, but also abroad, but still I turn here from time to time. People are often nice and reasonable. Lots of places where you can go, book a room or change / cancel your reservation without any problems. I won’t say anything about the minuses, I didn’t try to look for them for myself, maybe they are, but I’m not a critic of travel agencies, I’m a simple person. Simplicity and reliability - that's all you need. Although the site design itself could have been made simpler - at first you get a little confused.

People are adequate on the phone, ready to help, polite, sometimes they even communicate in their own way. In general, if it is important for someone to take care of a vacation in advance, without the risk that something will go wrong, or, say, surprise a girl for the summer (as I did last year), contact russiakurort. I booked a ticket to Yalta, I wanted to go with my wife for a long time, everything went well, and they offered a cool hotel and organized the reservation, everything was clear and without fuss. Yes, and other offers on the site of the sea, in fact, as elsewhere. Misunderstandings sometimes also happen, but rather because of ignorance of what and where to choose) how to navigate in a heap of information. There are also promotions, discounts for regular customers and this is very nice, but the best thing, as for me, is a well-chosen staff.
