в Российскую Федерацию: в соответствии с Соглашением между Правительством Украины и Российской Федерации об условиях взаимных поездок граждан дети – граждане Украины до 16 лет могут пересекать государственную границу при наличии свидетельства о рождении;
в Республику Беларусь: дети – граждане Украины могут пересекать государственную границу при наличии проездного документа ребенка или по паспорту гражданина Украины для выезда за границу родителей, в которую они вписаны.
