As far as I remember, there are two big excursions in Tunisia - a trip to the Sahara for two days (Colliseum, Matmata-Berber village, overnight in Duza, dawn on the El Dzherid salt marsh, riding on the dunes in jeeps) and the Tunis-Carthage excursion (it includes and the Bordeaux Museum, and Sidi Bou Said) ... the rest - it can be optional excursions.
