The service suffers a lot, I can’t compare it with Turkey, because I haven’t been ... But 3 stars (my review: http://www.turpravda.ua/tn/suss/Tergui_Club-h12700-r103391.html), it suffers a lot ... Eating in a cafe is also a problem. "Cafe" which is opposite the hotel, to put it mildly, is rather poor ... Pizza 15 dinars, and there is simply nothing to eat in that pizza !!! It is better to go to 4-5 stars and eat at the hotel. Yes, and CLEANING in Tunisia wants the best, and in 3-star hotels, in general, such a word can be considered a joke.

The first trip to Tunisia was in 2012, we wanted to go on excursions a lot and chose one of the cheapest three-star hotels in Hammamet (see review). Traveled four with an adult son, took only breakfast and dinner. Liked the food. Right in the hotel restaurant, delicious pizzas were often lied to the room for lunch (7 dinars). Never eaten in the city...
We went on excursions to Tunisia and the Sahara, to Nebul and Phrygia Zoo, to the old city and to Yasmine Hammamet, to Villa Sebastian. Tour prices per person - Tunisia - 75 dinars, Sahara for 2 days - 165 dinars + 36 dinars jeep and + 40 dinars - camel ...

Take 4 stars and all inclusive. Save money. All drinks are expensive. It is better to eat at the hotel. Liked the food. Was in the "Zodiac" in Hammamet. Was very satisfied. I took 2 tours together. So cheaper. Paid $200. The first includes three cities - the capital of Tunisia, Sidi Bou Said, Carthage. The second for 2 days in the Sahara. I liked it very much!!!

I was at 3 in the Hammamet Center (Mahmud) - clean, the food is tasty, but there is no abundance. All fruits, water and other lobuda were bought in General - cheap !!!! See where the hotel is located on the map, and if it’s far from the city, then it makes sense to take Oll, you won’t ride for food and water. And if the hotel is not far from the benefits of civilization, then the breakfast is worth it, for that you can try the local cuisine, there are many inexpensive places. And it's not so dirty there, when compared with India and other Asians. And on excursions - VKontakte, look for a group of individuals in Tunisia - we rode with them and on our own - a very beautiful country !!!!!

If you take from the hotel guide, then - rip off. If you want to save money - go everywhere on your own - transport is cheap. There is practically no such thing as a cafe in Tunisia. There are eateries with complete unsanitary conditions! There are very few restaurants visited by the local elite, here you go, but it will not be very cheap there! So take the best hotel All Inclusive and self-guided tours. Evening walk, drive safely.

do not skimp, take 4 for all inclusive. we were in DESSOLE RUSPINA and did not regret it. do not bother where and what to eat, the food is plentiful. the more many hotels are located on the outskirts of cities and scour in search of food several times a day, what kind of vacation is this? you will spend more on transport. and excursions were at the zoo, it costs 60 dollars. it's not worth it. There are not very many animals, although the territory is large, it is somehow stupid. I was pleased with the feeding of a giraffe for 10 din. in the evening there was also a Zulu show and dinner. I liked the show, I won’t say anything about dinner, I didn’t eat it. Tunisia, Sidi Bou Said, Carthage also traveled for 60 dins. oh I liked it. walking, taking pictures, soaking up the atmosphere of Tunisia. did not buy anything there, because. we were immediately warned that the prices there were initially several times overpriced.

LarisenaK, it's great that you had a good rest, but you paid dearly for excursions. Who wants to reduce the cost of this action, travel around the country on minibuses (luage) or the local metro.
аватар KarinaD
to be honest, we didn’t dare to travel in a foreign country on our own, without knowing the language.
аватар magazin_new
Then yes) especially since even local drivers of minibuses do not really understand English, to say the least.

)))agree. we communicated with the locals in the city in a mixed English-French-Arabic dialect))) a couple of words in one, a couple in another language, so a proposal came out.
