Tell me a 5 * Аll hotel, with its own beach, not big and calm
I just want to relax, so that there is first-class service, a clean beach and a variety of food. And the hotel staff at least knew a little Russian.

check out Amir Palace 5 * - a quiet hotel on the seafront, near the airport in the Skans area.

Read my review. Only strange about the Russian language. Why should he be known? Maybe you'd better have a rest in Sochi or in the Crimea? The hotel doctor speaks Russian, no one else.

Royal Azur 5*, Hammamet.

Royal Azur 5 * - comes in a complex with Bel Azur 3 * and Sol Azur 4 * - they have a common territory and, accordingly, there are a lot of people there.
otherwise - good beach, good food.

Well, how much can you say about Amir!?? It sucks and you still have to pay for it. What about the proximity to the airport??? In 2003 I "rested" nearby, Then it was called Palm Garden 4 *, now it seems to be different. They repainted the hotel and changed the name, probably the owner has changed. This type of hostel is 6 or 7 floors, arched balconies. There is only an Italian club between our hotels. Well, we were shocked, the runway was just at the level of our balcony at a distance of 200 meters. 50 planes in the morning and the same number in the evening. . . kapets. Noise, air gases, the most noticeable - vibration, it looks like a 2-magnitude earthquake. The most interesting thing is that there were stables between the airfield and the building (for those horses that work on the beach). So the animals stay there longer than us, and then they are not used to it. Each approach of the plane and landing was accompanied by panic neighing. . . well, plus an earthquake, glass clinking, etc. And so on 100 times a day, starting from 5 am to 11 am, then from 6 pm to 10 pm. At the end of the first week, we thought that soon we would also begin to laugh. . . . We realized that at 7.30 you need to wash off for breakfast, you still can’t sleep. and then straight to the beach. So we sunbathed almost the whole day.

We went to Amir and shops in Miami. Another wonderful ride on the train to Monastir. 1 time by taxi - it was 10 dinars round trip. And then the Russian aunt suggested that by train (and it probably goes every 20 minutes it will be cheaper ... exactly less than a dinar one way. We drove 2 stops, at the third - Monastir and almost near the medina - Excellent. Well, we rode a lot where - not I will list, if only not to sit in the hotel .... I'm tired of this airfield !!!
So choose well. There is a choice, but not much. I would call a hotel in the north, In La Marse, Gammarth, Tabarka. But this is ind. tours. It really is a wonderful vacation.

We rested in Amir Palace, a quiet hotel. The best vacation. The airport did not interfere nearby. There were no problems with the staff. I liked everything

safsaf - I have been to many hotels in Tunisia ... and I rested in Amir - a quiet hotel, the rooms are a bit old, the airport did not interfere in any way ...
maybe the hotel you stayed in was bad...
But why talk about something you haven't seen :)

Well, I was not less than 50 hotels in Tunisia, and all over the country. And I'm not a travel agent - and I don't go to advertisers. Therefore, I can definitely say that Amir sucks for Russians and those who like this level of 5 *. You just don't know another Tunisia. Hotels in the previously listed resorts are luxury, and even pull on 6 *. So I have something to compare. Yes, our first unsuccessful hotel was sold to us under the name of one, the description of the second and pictures from El Mouradi Skanes!!! Well, the first pancake was lumpy - it turned out not only for us, but also for a serious tour operator who sent us. They paid me a penalty upon my return, and parted ways with the world. After that, I have already come to Tunisia 9 times. It was not idle curiosity that brought me to Amir, but the search for a photo service and a pharmacy kiosk. Yes, the closest one was only in Monastir. So my opinion about the "calm" hotel has not changed - I did not live there. But I saw the whole territory and meager pools. If you think that the remains of combustible fuel 200 meters from the glide path do not fall into the Amir Park - you are very mistaken. Read the book on flight safety!!!

thank you very much for the safety instructions :)
what hotel would you recommend for a given request, like "experienced" in Tunisia :)
just so that all inclusive and calm and five stars
happy to learn
although I was in more than 50 hotels, but only during a promotional tour :)

Yes, no luck, so galloping across Europe ... And not always 5 *. So, if you have the opportunity to visit and compare with the famous Amir, then stay at least for 2 days (I mean very well inspect the hotel, and not for 30 minutes, have lunch, go to the SPA center) in Dar Ismail - in Tabarka, Corinthia and Cartago Palace - in Gammarth, Renaissance, Barcello Carthage Thalasso and Golden Tulip Carthage Tunis - in La Marsa. Please add if you know! If you want to send a photo, give me the address.

For PlyusheMonstr: Yes, you should not thank for the instructions - this is sincere. Here Tunisians bypassed all world standards - 2 km from the fence of the runway - the exclusion zone! Even vegetable gardens and grazing are prohibited. When you fly somewhere else - pay visual attention to your airport (I don’t know where), Monastir and others. The Turks performed such a "feat" in Istanbul, in Ataturk! So do not doubt the resulting nastiness. I have a university diploma in this profile, it coincided ... Unfortunately, the violations are obvious.
And yet, in the hotels indicated by me there is no Russian extras - this is the main factor. Sometimes individuals are selected - like me, but it's worth it! Prices directly - from 200 euros per day for a room on BB, for tour operators - discounts.
If you are into tourism, then consider that a transfer for a child from Monastir to this Palm Garden cost me $ 80! At first they wanted 100, the manager said that it took 1.5 hours to drive from the airport. Yes, they themselves did not know ... what they were selling ... Well, all right, they returned the entire cost for 2 weeks, minus the flight. They didn't feel good either. I think they put a fine on the salary of this manager:((. Such an experience is also an experience! I just have a lot of stories. So draw your own conclusions

safsaf - of course, galloping through Europe - this is certainly not a vacation, I agree ...
but here are the names that you suggested - I did not meet with any operator ...
perhaps these hotels are simply not sold on the Ukrainian market? :)
public hotels suitable for the parameters, please suggest - I have to work :)
аватар DegusT
for PlyusheMonstr: Yes? made sure that there are worthy hotels? And it is very good that there are no Russians there. That's why I love the north of the country. By the way, on this day 2 years ago I was in Tabarka - a beautiful resort in my opinion. The hotels named by me are really not for sale in Ukraine, but this does not mean that they cannot be sold. The managers swore to me that they would cordially welcome the Ukrainians. So I'm going to visit again in the near future. And I won’t offer public hotels, you work, I do too. You can talk about this outside the forum and discuss the details. What company do you work for? In what city?
