and you carefully read the contract that you have written. usually in the contract Anex prescribes a refund in case of cancellation of the tour in the amount of the advance, minus the costs incurred. Anex calculates the expenses incurred in the amount of the advance payment paid. if this is written - the chances of a refund of the advance are about zero. if it is indicated that for a month a return of 100% - then they must return it.
my TA strongly recommends that I never contact Anex in RB, because if it is necessary to cancel the tour, the advance payment will be lost.

First, you really need to know the content of the contract. Secondly, there is still a lot of time until June, the situation around the virus will have time to calm down ten times already.

What percentage did you pay in advance? Anex doesn't want to pay the whole prepayment or partially? What are they referring to?

ollennka, even I doubt the account until June ... And what is happening in Russia about this?

There is still a lot of time before the trip, this is RB. It is not clear how much you were kept"advance ". You have to look at the contract. Usually, an advance is paid to confirm the seriousness of the intention to buy a tour. It can be calculated and equal to the cost of the work associated with the booking itself (hotel, ticket ..), but can also be taken in any form (as a percentage of the tour cost). The initial amount as a percentage of the cost of the tour (the so-called "advance payment"), which you must pay when signing the Agreement, is indicated in the agreement itself. Upon termination of the Agreement for your reasons, a commission is withheld according to the scheme specified in the Agreement itself. If the tour cancellation period is long enough, the amount of the tour cost, excluding booking costs, must be returned. In any case, it will not be possible to return the full cost, since it is you who refuse the tour yourself.

Everything under the contract. Though I wouldn't expect a refund.

Well, yes ... "advance" for that and an advance to heal it.

femida167,
Are you canceling the tour yourself or have you already been told that no one is flying anywhere?
in any case, read what is written in the contract about exactly your option
