take half board.
The hotel is located in the tourist zone. there is everything you want nearby.
you won't be left hungry.
and all inclusive in the Tunisian 3ke is better not to take. juices during the day are poisonous, I strongly do not recommend drinking. and to dine in the city in cafes is very cheap, much cheaper than the difference between HB and all inclusive.
for a child on the first day in the supermarket, you can buy normal juices (relatively) and water and wafer cookies, yogurts. that you have it there for a light snack on the beach. where you can buy fruit
I needed to fill my suitcase with something so that on the way back there was where olive oil, souvenirs, tuna, sweets, dates, etc. were put, so I took my favorite cookies, chocolate bars, even tea and coffee from home (I was also in 3 * ) I ate everything, drank (I was in Ramadan, I even had to carry alcohol with me because it hadn’t been sold there for a month) and there were a lot of places in the suitcase for shopping gifts

We were also in a three-ruble note, only in Hammamet. In general, I would advise only breakfasts, because. there is practically nothing for children to eat for dinner. The food is mostly national, very spicy, specific. Indeed, it is better to find a cafe nearby and have lunch and dinner there. Lots of cafes for all tastes. And yes, it will be cheaper. And in supermarkets, indeed, everything is very cheap, cheaper than here. You still have to buy water there, in small shops it turns out to be more expensive.

In my opinion, there is a basic question on which everything depends: if you plan to spend most of your time in a hotel, then the child will look at other children who eat all the time, for example, french fries from the grill bar, he himself will also want to; if you walk a lot and go on excursions, then breakfast is enough. The hotels in Tunisia have good fruit, but still it tastes better in the market, and after eating fruit, why do you need lunch?

I agree with my wife, decide for yourself how much time you plan to spend at the hotel and then you can understand whether you should take breakfast or half board. In the cafe you can eat well and inexpensively. And sousse in its developed tourist zone, this is very suitable for you. There are two excursions worthy of attention in the city of Tunisia and in the sugar)))

I'm not sure if this hotel has a grill bar. but even if this is so, then tourists from HB for a penny can buy the same potatoes that they eat on all inclusive
in our 3 * cafe on the beach was not included in the olla system. but the food there was cheap and tasty

We have been in this hotel since 2008. Took half board. Nearby there is a large supermarket, where the prices are normal. Fruits were bought in stalls and markets. There is a bar on the beach where you can eat. The hotel has a nice big beach, a small water park was paid. Nice big pool, jacuzzi and small heated indoor pool. There was a good animation, every evening some kind of show. There were even shows of transvestites. We had fun... It wasn't boring. We went on an excursion to the Sahara for 2 days. Super!!! We traveled almost all over Tunisia. For one day, Tunisia, Bordeaux, Carthage, Sidi Bou Said, everything is very fast, but I still liked it. We ourselves took a taxi to Port El Kantaoui, a very pretty town and a colorful singing fountain. It is difficult to advise something about the cafe, we were in Romadan. They almost did not work, they seemed to me somehow not very good purely outwardly (IMHO). So I can’t suggest anything, since we ourselves weren’t there and there wasn’t a special need for it. We also took some food with us and managed. For three days on excursions we were fed, and very well. And the food at the hotel was also decent.
