There is a wasteland between "Venice" and "Kremlin" ... maybe 500 meters ... we went to see the hotel - vacationers there also go without bracelets, so we went from the beach to the territory without any problems. The hotel is beautiful, it seemed much calmer than "Kremlin" and "Topkape" - fewer people, much more greenery, greenery is more "green" :))) The beach is simpler - there are no hammocks or pillows for relaxing.
