Turkey, especially the coast, is not the most popular New Year's destination, but we just have a wonderful time there. The price-quality ratio is excellent! I can recommend Kumkoy - it's near Side. There are many hotels on the first line, along the promenade about 30 minutes walk to Side along the sea. Side - an ancient town - an open-air museum. The ruins of the Temple of Apollo - white marble columns against the backdrop of the blue sea, just amazing! Silence, the sea, white marble ruins, humid sea air with smoke from samovars, a tiny cup of Turkish tart coffee... 12 days..January 2..you are in another Turkey - without tourists and annoying merchants..winter Turkey has a special charm of the moment.. !I think that in Antalya - even more active and interesting for the New Year, after all, a la port city.
