In Sera, the main building is very beautiful (there are luxurious interiors and rooms) and green (everything is done in the style of emerald gilded boxes). In no case do not take the annex corps. Shabby rooms, musty smell. This is the cheapest type of accommodation. The food in the main restaurant is not tasty, but in a la carte - very personal. The DJ in Sere was great, the music selection was great. As for the Kremlin, everything is dilapidated. And in terms of location, both hotels are close to shopping and nightlife. We rested at the Topkapi Hotel a couple of years ago, often walked around the Kremlin, once we went to their restaurant for dinner, to be honest, it was more comfortable, newer and tastier in Topkapi, in the Kremlin it felt somehow dilapidated pompous, and it was a little wild to sunbathe and swim on Krasnaya area))) although this is a purely personal perception.
