Initially, Moscow was compared with Kiev in the topic, but if we were talking about Belgorod, then yes, I remember the times when they flew to the exotic through Belgorod (Vietnam was much cheaper), and through Moscow to the Dominican Republic (I don’t remember why not through Belgorod, maybe it’s direction was not available from Belgorod).
