Suggest a hotel in Fethiye - Ölü Deniz
I got stuck looking for a hotel in Fethiye in the Ölü Deniz area. The choice is frankly not rich. :( Almost all hotels have some disadvantages. The purpose of the trip is to actually see Ölü Deniz, but the child should not be bored either. And adults too. And in most hotels there are either no slides, or a paid hammam and much more. Lykia World: sand, beautiful, and slides, but vacationers who have been ill with massive intestinal disorders are scary. :( And the reviews about the hotel itself are also somehow not very good.

Reviews are subjective. How many people - so many opinions. Someone saw a mosquito on the ceiling and already screams that the hotel is bad, someone had a fight with the bartender and is already writing that the service is terrible. Not a single hotel in Turkey will have service personnel running around you and blowing off dust particles. In any hotel you can cling to something. About intestinal disorders. When our people come to rest, they see a huge abundance of all sorts of goodies and eat so much that it is incomprehensible to the mind, so the stomach begins to act up. Plus, the transition to new food, and it is spicy in Turkey, should be smooth. Therefore, after arrival, try not to try all the goodies at once for at least one day)))
And Lykia is a very very good hotel

Yes, I'm not a beginner, in general. :) I have been to Turkey many times already. But no other hotel has ever met so many complaints about intestinal disorders. At children!!! It is unlikely that we are talking about overeating spicy foods. It worries me. Our children have never experienced anything like this in Turkey. :(
Speaking of dust blowing. I was in a hotel with such staff - Ephesusu Princess. :) I recommend to everyone.

The phrase "blowing dust particles" means the following: in the same Maldives, where you are allocated personal attendants who serve you and only you 24 hours a day)))
Yes, Ephesus is a very nice hotel.

I also have a question for you, genieko, if you are familiar with Lykia World, is it true that the rooms are very old, and the shower is in the hallway, not separated by a door? Is this in all buildings?

Yes, a bit old, still 1991. The renovation that took place in 2003 did not greatly improve the situation, they repainted, replaced non-working fittings, faucets, etc.
The bathroom in the Village Double Standard Room Land Side Type 1 really does not close the door

The hotel is good, service, service, kitchen - everything is good. Just with the kids it's good to relax (there are 2 sandy beaches, a huge area). Animation is good, about 60 people. But the rooms are certainly not very "tired".

But Lykia World is not exactly Olu Dediz. Blue Bay is about 3 km from it. But in the bay itself and the adjacent village, indeed, the hotels are modest. Small and long built. But the bay and the beach!!!!!

57888, not very people, judging by the reviews, are satisfied with these sandy beaches. :(
Hotline, yes, you are right. But 3 km along the beautiful coast is not a problem. :) Directly at Ölü Deniz no hotel is suitable.

On foot? There is a very high coast in some places.

hmmm ... well, is there a road at least some way? This is how we walk in Kusadasi, it's normal. And yes, the views are beautiful. :) Well, in dolmushe, as a last resort.

there is a road. But this is a classic mountain serpentine. Mountain on one side, cliff on the other. They don't walk on it.

Reviews, in my opinion, are a subjective thing, I had 3 families resting there with children, there were no complaints about the beach and the hotel.
