I am going to visit Kemer in September 2012 (family with 2 children and our grandmothers). The choice falls on this hotel. No one has been by chance in September, what is the water in the pools? Is it warm and are they closed at all after the summer season? How hot is it and are there mosquitoes at this time? How long is the drive from the airport to the hotel? I can’t find info on these questions anywhere... I looked on tripadviser and I can’t find answers to all these questions. Is there a safe in the room? If yes, is it paid? How is the situation with tips in Turkey (we are going to Turkey for the first time). We were in Bulgaria 2 years ago with my grandmother - we were amazed, Europeans do not leave tips like here in the west ... Are there any towns with local bazaars or something like that not far from the hotel? Thank you very much who will answer!

Champion Hotel is located in the village. Beldibi is the closest village of Kemer to the airport. It takes 40-50 minutes to drive (it can take longer if you visit other hotels). It is still very hot in September, the water in the pools is very warm, the sea is 26-27 degrees. It's hot there even in mid-October. And the sea until the end of October is 25-26 degrees. The beach is quite large pebbles, but there is a pier, and special. slippers can be bought for the whole family, and there will be no problems with entering the sea. Directly opposite the exit from the hotel is a small market with shops and shops. To the center of the village - 5 min. by taxi. Leave a tip if you wish. The usual amount of tips is 1-2 dollars. (although this does not affect the quality of room cleaning). For children there is an excellent mini-club and a playground, next to a children's pool. The hotel is good, happy holidays!

The bazaar comes to Beldibi once a week (in my opinion on Tuesdays) but nothing special, mostly clothes. In the middle of Beldibi there is a large stationary market - there is everything and food and clothes where you can have a bite to smoke a hookah - be sure to go for a walk.

100% accurate answer, I will add - there are no mosquitoes, there is a free safe. The hotel is great, you won't regret it. But isn't it too expensive to fly across the Atlantic for Turkey? If it’s not a secret, why is Turkey so attractive for why it costs so much to overpay? Or just combining a trip to your homeland with a vacation?

Yes, this is a combination of a trip to the Motherland ... we are going to visit our relatives and already for the company at sea we want to go with our relatives. While the prices that we are given for good hotels of a good class in Turkey, for such prices we can fly to Mexico for 2 weeks (all inclusive) and there is no point in overpaying ... that is, we began to look at hotels a little cheaper, the choice fell on this hotel for the price .. though the tour agent does not advise to go there, she began to tell us that after 5 pm - the sun sets behind the mountains - and it's cold there at this time in September + there is a very bad beach, etc. .... we don't even know whether to go there or not. And the mountains - this is exactly what attracted us to this place - very picturesque ... We are now being pushed into another hotel in Aliniya - Dolphin Botanic, 500 euros more expensive ... but it seems there are no mountains .... we don’t even know what to do.

About the mountains and the sun - funny !!!!! It's still hot there even in October! And Dolphin Botanic is a very great hotel! If we compare on many points, perhaps in many ways even better than the Champion! For me, there are two minuses in Botanica: far from the airport and the sea is not very good. The beach is not sandy, but a mixture of sand and pebbles, and waves often. As an option, I suggest a hotel 400 m from Champion - Amara Club Marine !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
