Usually it is recommended not to swim in the sea for 2-3 hours, but I have not heard about the sun. From my own experience - after the oil massage, I practically did not use sunscreen until the end of the rest (only moisturizing sprays usually) and never burned out. Maybe it really depends on the skin. But I didn’t particularly hide from the sun after the hammam.
