now we are in the Club Phaselis hotels, the impression is not very good both about the hotels and about Turkey in general. Before that, there were a lot of places, but so that (((, they didn’t get upset anywhere. They flew in with Pegasus, without delay. We were met at the airport. Upon arrival at the hotel, they were placed right at the construction site (no one warned that the construction site was in the hotel, of course), the shower in the room at the construction site did not work.I went to the reception to swear))) They replaced it with a smoky room, we refused. The hotel is empty, and they settle in the worst rooms, I had to swear again, they gave the keys and went to choose throughout the territory. Found and settled. Nobody washed the room since the winter, and as it turned out that same evening, cats lived in the room before us. The stench is not muffled by anything. We fight again. The sea is icy, the pool is not heated. Part of the territory (which is so green in the pictures) is closed, it is being renovated. There is nowhere to walk, but there are heaps of food: at every step there are salads, ice cream, coffee, cakes, etc. In the evening at 21. 30 put on a good show. We are disappointed with the hotel and Turkey in general, apparently this is not our country. It turns out more expensive, of course, but it certainly won’t be the horror that you describe . And there is a pool with heated sea water.

Last October we saw that everything had gone bad!! New owner, new chef, new top management. It was so sad, you have no idea... Our favorite hotel has changed completely. Demolished all the bungalows on the beach (VIP). There is a construction site. We built a new Hill building, made 2 receptions, 2 arrivals, 2 restaurants. Old, open, impoverished completely. It is now designed for a bungalow. Everyone in the bungalow cannot use the restaurant in the new Hill. Now half of the territory is closed. And everyone, for sure, will be dissatisfied with the "inequality"))). Two hotels in one area. Two titles. The Turks themselves were horrified by what was happening. We have been known for many years, so they were frank with us. I really want to Phaselis, so I will read all the new reviews very carefully! Otherwise we won't know!

Strong 3 instead of five.
So why:
- construction site, everything is buzzing around the clock and they do not care that the children have a daytime sleep
- food horror: a lot, but bad. There is nothing to feed the children. Dirty. 3 days responded to my request to wash the microwave in the children's area. Dishes are broken!!! The food is cheap, there are no normal fruits, the bread is served with mold!!!
- the rooms are dirty! Cleaning takes Max 5 minutes
- a la carte restaurants are closed, the main building is closed
- the hotel is empty, and they settle at random. We changed numbers 3!!! times (this despite the fact that we have three! Numbers). With great favor and on the verge of rudeness!!!
- drinks... No comment. And it's five stars!... The bar stinks (no exaggeration)

We are now at the Phaselis Hill Hotel. We were going to Queens Park Tekirova, we were there last year, but unfortunately he was on his feet and at the very last moment we decided to go to Phaselis, despite the above negative reviews. We were very worried about the ongoing construction work on the territory, but the operator assured us that there would be no such problems. arrived in the morning, settled immediately because there were few vacationers. The room was given in the new Hill de Luxe building, no one had lived there before us. The room is magnificent, spacious, original design. My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by the level of service, the attention of the staff. . . . The restaurant can only really be used by Hill's guests. The food is quite varied, everything is fresh and of high quality. Especially liked the trout for dinner and white wine. The staff goes out of their way to please guests and leave a good impression.. the beaches are fantastic, we go to the one by the rocks. It's quiet and completely relaxing. In general, I can only leave good words about the hotel, the main thing is that we are happy that we are resting here. I read and think about what kind of hotel is written here! We rested in it in May (18-27) The construction was not noisy (the work was already finishing) The rooms are clean and normal, the staff is polite and calm. We traveled with a group of 12 people, including 5 children, and there were no dissatisfied people. Where people manage to find all the horror I can't imagine!!
