we replenished the mini-bar constantly, no one was ever rude, there were always enough sunbeds for everyone, there were no problems, I also think the food is good ... I don’t know, the same hotel. and such different and conflicting opinions.

=) I read and smile... so much negativity... from where? you can always come up with something, and not inflate an elephant out of some trifle and thereby spoil your vacation. If there are no places on the beach, you can sunbathe near the pools (on the territory of the bungalow where there are slides or near the main hotel building), and sooner or later people will still leave the beach (they don’t sit on the beach all day) and there will be plenty of places and you can swim in sea water.

We rested in Salim last year and I have something to compare with! At the exit from the restaurant there were disposable plates and you could take something with you. The service there is at the highest level, this hotel cannot be compared, children's animation and the club is super - some of the animators walk with the children on the street, someone watches cartoons, someone draws, etc. here, everyone should only do what the animator says, if the child does not stand at attention and runs up the hill - for no one looks at them anymore, they never knew when the parents brought the children, when and which parent took them ... although the levels of hotels like the same. Of course, having already arrived at this hotel, we tried to ignore these disadvantages and find pluses and enjoy the rest, but I do not recommend it to anyone who is not the first time in Turkey and has rested in 5 *.

On the first day, the restaurant was packed and in the evening, I took a watermelon to my child and we sat down at a table at the pool bar, I didn’t know that it was impossible to endure (this was the first time we encountered this), the waiter ran up, snatched a knife and fork from his hands, threw on a plate, to our questions and arguments that we want to feed the child, he shouted "NO" and ran away swearing! Can't we explain this normally??!!!
2. The company of Turkish women in the Restaurant did not have enough chairs, the waiter ran up to our table and while I was not there, took the chair, my husband said that he was busy, the waiter threw stur and swears in Turkish!
3. The mini bar was filled 2 times in 11 days!
4. On the last day, I wanted to take a couple of apricots and peaches for the child on the road, because we leave at 3 am - 3 waiters and the main one ran up and staged a demonstration performance - we felt like thieves, although we paid for it all!

I completely agree with ann_kurasova: you need to choose a hotel according to your needs, and preferably on your own, based on reviews and recommendations, without relying on tour operators. Travel agencies may not know many subtleties, or they may be silent about something, they also need to sell the tour, like any product.
