Normal club "five", not luxury. And the price - as for the average normal club "five". I was there in 2010, even before the reconstruction, I liked almost everything - the territory, the beach, the rooms (we were a big family at the Villa "Euphoria"), an excellent open bar with live music near the sea. The food was modest, as for the Turkish five - everything was enough, everything was fresh, but no frills :)
