I took a Baltic Teletai card - outgoing from Turkey is 0.48 cents per minute and incoming is free. Outgoing ones count in a second - they don’t cheat. I also took it because my daughter also uses it conveniently in Poland (cheap). I bought it from them in Allo there are also recharge cards (from $10)

Buy a card at the Turkish post office and call home from a payphone, which is full at every hotel. In Ukraine, it turns out something about 1-2 grams.
