I am going to Turkey for the first time. Everyone writes about Stela that Gulya immediately imposes boors for 30 bucks. So everywhere in the description of the hotel it is written that the sauna and Turkish bath are free. Why then are they knocking grandmas off the threshold?

Chose this hotel based on reviews. I honestly looked for negative ones, but did not find it, although I searched for a long time. All positive as one. Chose. But today I saw a wave of negativity on the same sites. Is the hotel really that bad?
