If the desire to see Cappadocia is irresistible, then go. I, traveling around Turkey by car, did not dare to go to Goreme during my vacation in the Kemer region. There/here 1200 km, two overnight stays, running around and fatigue in the end. It is very beautiful and unusual there, you need to see it, but not at the expense of rest (if in summer, in winter - yes).
