Good afternoon. As for a large shopping complex - I have not seen this in Kemer. But in the center all the streets are one big "shopping complex". These are, as a rule, various souvenir nonsense, local handicraft rags, shoes, leather, etc. The center can be easily reached on foot, exit the hotel, turn right and go. Min 15. On the way you will see the Waikiki store, it's hard to miss. A little further there is Coton. Things are cute and much cheaper than ours. You can get to the center by bus, min 3-5, the stop is next to the hotel, on the right, but it’s more pleasant to walk on foot. We went to the bursting beach of Kemer Moon light, taxi drivers ask for 25 lira, and they don’t yield to anything. Taxis are also nearby, but here just to the left, as you get out. And everywhere everyone speaks Russian, if anything, they will answer))
Have a nice rest))

You will reach the center in 15 minutes, the city is small, why do you need transport? Taxis are not expensive, in principle, but if you have no physical limitations, go everywhere on foot.

Strange ... I opened a map of Kemer with hotels. Does it say that the hotel is temporarily closed? All major stores in Kemer are located in the city center near the mosque. The landmark is the white clock tower and the minaret of the mosque. Of course the hotel is far away. Walk for about 30 minutes ... it's better to take a dolmush (minibus). Taxi will be more expensive.

The picture shows the route from the hotel to the shops (M Migros, LC Waikiki, CarrefourSA)

To Rosa, the hotel is closed, where the operator sold you - a mystery. I have big questions even about 5* Rosa Rezedenka. It doesn't seem to work either. Even my favorite Bergamotik didn't open this season. He friends from Turkey are getting not the most optimistic news about this damn virus. I'm afraid next summer is flying by. I do not quite understand the people who are now breaking into Turkey. Although a friend got together literally in a week ... You can’t sew your own head, as they say. Kill me, I don’t understand what a thrill it is to have a rest in such circumstances ... This way you can beat off all the love for Turkey. And those who flew for the first time this year, I think they still spit ...
If you do find yourself in your Rose hotel, which is open for you personally, then the "large shopping center" is waiting for you only in Aentalia, Migros M5 - by minibus for about 50 minutes. You can walk to the center of Kemer in 20 minutes.
