I can’t say for sure, but the guide told us that somewhere around 30%, mostly overlooking the garden. Although we were settled with a sea view in a room without a balcony on the 2nd floor above the main restaurant at the end, we changed to a room with a balcony. But the hotel is still very good, I don't think it's a problem :)
