The travel agent officially replied that he fulfilled all obligations under the contract in full, well, in fact, we had no complaints against them. There is no answer from Anex Tour at the moment, they say on the phone that the appeal is under consideration, but for some reason they refuse to provide the incoming number assigned to our application. Good afternoon. We arrived at the Kilikya Palace 5 * hotel with my husband, grandchildren aged 5 and 4 on September 30, 2020. Sun was beautiful until the evening of October 3, when they called the reception and said that we should urgently pack our things and move to another room. As a result, some person in white clothes (like a doctor) came and announced that, allegedly, someone positive was traveling with us in the transfer, and that we had to move to the quarantine zone for only one day to pass the tests. But as it turned out, it was a lie! We were locked in a room with two small children, they brought food, drinks .... but no one cleaned the room, no one needed us! Thanks to the hotel guide Anex tour Ali. Only he helped us get PCR tests (120 €) from us and leave us 2 days earlier.
